SEE Eyewear Charleston
At SEE Eyewear in Downtown Charleston, CSG completed a total interior demolition and an entirely new interior rebuild. This project included interior work and finishes to complete an eyeglass display area, exam rooms, offices, and a breakroom. The rebuild was done in accordance with the Charleston Historical Society’s requirement to preserve historical features such as the unique interior roof framing and picturesque storefront.

Roper Gift Shop
CSG was contracted to renovate the Roper St. Francis Gift Shop to include the renovation of 1,088 square feet of stockroom space #1 and 130 square feet of stockroom space #2. This renovation consisted of a total interior demolition of walls ceilings and floors. The project also included the installation of all new communication systems, mechanical electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems.

Baskin Robbins West Ashley
The owners of Baskin Robbins ice cream shop in West Ashley contracted CSG to complete a total interior renovation. This renovation included demolition of all existing interior walls, floors, ceilings, and the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. The interior up-fit included reconstructing interior walls; upgraded finishes for an all-new dining area, serving area,
restrooms, drive through, cake prep area, and office; and replacement of the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
