Joint Base Charleston Fire Station B90 Addition and Renovations

CSG was contracted by Joint Base Charleston  to complete the construction of an addition and perform renovations to the existing Building 90 Fire Station. The scope of work entailed ground- up construction of a new sleeping area; new fire alarm and sprinkler systems; upgraded mechanical and electrical; modernization of the kitchen; installation of a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof; and updated interior finishes. A new emergency generator was installed, and the existing overhead power system was extended to accommodate the new building expansion.
