Town of Moncks Corner Public Service Building
CSG served as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for construction of the Public Services Building for the Town of Moncks Corner. As the CMAR on this project, CSG was required to manage pre-construction including design; construction; and delivery of the completed project. CSG provided and performed demolition of the existing Public Service Building storage; designed and erected two pre-engineered metal buildings with standing seam metal roofs; reconfigured the existing parking lot to accommodate the new building footprint and added an additional parking lot; completed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tie-ins associated with the new building; and replaced all fixtures, furnishings, and equipment in accordance with the owners’ selections.

Shaw Air Force Base Army CENTCOM Headquarters
In partnership with Caddell Construction, CSG erected two monstrous building shells for the 3rd Army Brigade on Shaw AFB with standing seam metal roofs and natural light skylights. This building, headquarters for the 3 rd Army Brigade, is among the most technologically advanced military command and control facilities in the world and sits on a 50-acre site. This new complex combined beautiful aesthetics with sophisticated office and communications technology. The project required an aggressive construction schedule and included pre-cast construction, pre- engineered buildings, and extensive pre-assembly of mechanical systems.

American Biker Ladson
CSG was contracted to complete the new construction American Biker location in Ladson, SC. The building included construction and finishes of a sales floor, service area, parts area, restrooms, offices, and living quarters. This project was a “trees-to-keys” project that included sitework; concrete; installation of a pre-engineered metal building; installation of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; wood, acid-etched, and stained concrete flooring; and complete interior finishes.
